We currently offer checkout shipping to the United States, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Australia and New Zealand. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is US$2.99 for eligible orders under US$29.99. Eligible orders of US$29.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The final charge is shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We generally dispatch orders within 1–3 days. For the United States, delivery usually takes 7–12 days after dispatch. Other countries' transit times vary with the destination, shipping route and customs.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We may use YunExpress, Yanwen and other delivery partners. Your local final-mile courier may differ from the original carrier.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
